The information we collect about you is required for the purpose of creating your Company Account. Such data allow your Company and created user accounts access to our application and includes:

How can we use my personal data?
We always have to have a valid reason to use your personal data; this is called the "lawful basis for processing". We would ask your permission to do things sometimes, like with the use of Cookies. And other times, we would not ask your permission when it is logical for us to use your personal data, but only when:

How long do we keep your data for?

Following cancellation or termination of your account, we will keep your data if we have a legitimate interest and to meet our legal requirements including health and safety, financial audit, and other relevant regulations.
We will store your data for no more than 6 years from the last activity on your account.
Cookies and the personal data collected through cookies are deleted in accordance with our cookie policy.
